Fuel oil modules

Fuel supply and booster modules are inserted for the supply by diesel engines and merged between the daily tank and the engine into the fuel system. The fuel (heavy fuel oil, crude oil, diesel oil) is prepared in accordance with performance data of the different engine manufacturers (pressure, purity, viscosity).

There is a multiplicity of variants and achievement sizes (1-60 mw).

The modules are designed for applications on ships and stationary power stations.

Fuel oil modules on ships used for:

• the main engine
• the auxiliary engine or
• both together supplies from one module.

Fuel oil modules for power stations used as:

• a common supply module for all engines and
• for each engine a separate booster module.

Lub. oil modules

The lubricating oil module is merged into the engine lub oil system.

On these modules the most important aggregates of the lubricating oil system are:

• Lubricating oil filter
• Lubricating oil cooler
• Regulating valve

Combined lub oil - water - module

This type of module combines the lubrication oil and cooling water supply for engines. They are used e.g. in generator actions.

On these modules the most important aggregates of the cooling water system and the lubricating oil system are:

• Preheating unit
• Pre-lubrication pump
• Lubricating oil cooler by LT cooling water

LT- and HT-cooling water modulese

HT cooling water module

The HT cooling water system serves the direct removal of the warmth produced by the engine (direct cooling circuit).

On these modules the most important aggregates of the HT system are:

• HT pump
• Regulating valve and if necessary
• Preheating unit

LT cooling water module

The LT cooling water system serves the indirect removal of the warmth produced by the engine (indirect cooling circuit).

On these modules the most important aggregates of the LT system are:

Burner modules

The burner module supplies one or more burners of the boiler plant. They are merged between daily tank and boiler into the fuel oil system.
