In parallel with the development of the Chinese shipbuilding we have begun in 2003 to develop our presence in China:
From a representative office for sales and service about a joint venture with Chinese partner up to the setting up of a 100% subsidiary company in Kunshan. Since beginning of 2008, mas-maritime assembly systems (Kunshan) Co)., Ltd with own production is able to deliver.
By this step we can guarantee not only the good quality of our products, but also developing our share of the market in the Asian region continuously. mas-maritime assembly systems (Kunshan) Co., Ltd is strongly marked by our enterprise philosophy. Besides, an essential successful factor has asserted itself: To enter the always lived flexibility on customer and market standards.
With this background we adapt our product portfolio to the challenges of the future. Furthermore, an important component, beside the development in the global shipbuilding, is our commitment in the area of the power generation plants. For power station plants operated with internal combustion engines interesting possibilities of development arise by advanced technologies, e.g., by the application of different fuels or the enlarged use of thermal energy for the rise of the efficiencies.
To such house demands we position ourselves with pleasure, e.g., by fuel treatment modules developed by us for engines with vegetable oil operation. For coming into action with new energetic technologies, strategic partnerships are indispensable because among other things innovative success is based on good co-operations under use of the respective strengths.
